1 Introduction and  Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products and activities on the 11tk platform. This includes casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you fully accept these terms.

11tk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and  Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to use 11tk's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or taking part in any betting activity on this site. A government-issued ID may be requested at any time as proof of age.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address or household are not permitted.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by third parties.
• Persons who are legally restricted from gambling may not register.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your own responsibility. Any unauthorised access must be reported to 11tk immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, unless it can be shown that the loss was caused by a fault on the platform itself.

3 Account  Verification

At any time after registration or before a withdrawal, 11tk may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of bank or mobile wallet details
• A recent photo or selfie (if required)

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be put on hold. Bonuses may also not apply until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits and  Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods on 11tk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, which is the same across all methods.

• Once a deposit is successful and credited to your account, it can be used for betting or gaming.
• If the payment details provided are incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled and the responsibility lies with the member.
• Depositing under a third party's name or identity is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used as withdrawal methods.

• Before a withdrawal is approved, it will be checked whether the required wagering conditions have been met.
• If account verification has not been completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 11tk reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold and carry out an investigation.

5 Bonuses and  Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Conditions for Other Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the conditions are met. More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; any bonus not used before the expiry date will be considered void.
• 11tk reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Programme

11tk's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses, meaning the amount remaining after total winnings for the week are deducted from total bets. Tier progression is based on activity. 6 Betting and  Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake is identified. It is the member's responsibility to fully understand the rules and odds of each game or match before placing a bet.

• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• If a bet is not correctly recorded due to a technical issue, 11tk's system records will be considered final.
• The maximum bet limit in a single betting session may vary by game or event.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds can change rapidly for in-play bets placed during a match. If a bet is delayed due to an internet connection issue, the odds at the time of placement will apply — not the odds originally requested. 11tk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

6.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, 11tk uses internationally recognised sources to determine results. If a dispute arises over any result, 11tk's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11tk and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to gain an advantage through cheating, hacking or any software tool
• Using the system through coordinated or collective betting (syndicate betting)
• Using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Using an account for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Creating an account with false information or attempting to bypass the verification process
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform

If suspicious activity is detected, 11tk may begin an investigation and suspend the relevant account without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension and  Closure

8.1 Closure by 11tk

11tk may temporarily or permanently close any account for a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, any associated bonus and promotion funds may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may notify the 11tk support team. Before a voluntary account closure, all active bets must be settled and the balance withdrawn.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

11tk takes the protection of members' personal information seriously. Full details of how members' data is collected, used and stored are given in our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you also consent to that policy.

11tk uses SSL encryption and modern security methods to protect data. However, it remains the member's own responsibility to use a strong password and not share login details with third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

11tk believes that gambling is purely for entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. All members are asked to play responsibly. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, follow 11tk's Responsible Gaming Guidelines and seek professional help if needed.

• Members can set betting limits on their own account if they wish.

11 Limitation of  Liability

11tk strives to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, 11tk will not be held responsible for any loss arising from the following:

• Loss caused by the member's own error or negligence
